  1. Pour a thin stream of semolina in the boiling milk. Cook it for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cut pumpkin into pieces, boil in a little water, and smash it with broth.
  3. Add the pumpkin in a saucepan, bring the soup to a boil. Season with salt, add sugar.
 

Potato and carrot puree carrot-puree-medigoo

Ingredients: 4-5 potatoes 2 carrots 2 tbsp of butter 1 cup of milk   How to cook:
  1. Peel and then boil potatoes and carrots. Add salt.
  2. Drain the broth. Smash vegetables with blender.
  3. Add warmed milk, butter, and whip it up.
 

 Pate with lean meat

Meat-pate-Medigoo Ingredients: 500 grams of lean meat of rabbit or veal 200 g of chicken liver 2 tbsp of vegetable oil 1/3 of white loaf parsley to taste 3-4 carrots 1/3 cup of milk 1 egg butter to taste salt to taste How to cook: 
  1. Cut meat and liver into pieces, cover with cold water and boil on low heat.
  2. Peel carrot and add it to the meat cooking (it can be cut into large chunks).
  3. Soak bread in water with milk.
  4. Make mince from meat and liver, add a sodden bread without crusts.
  5. Add the egg, parsley, salt and mince. Mix everything together.
  6. Bake the mass of pate, greased with oil, in the oven, for 30-40 minutes.
