6 Petals Diet: Grow Thin With Your Favourite Food

6 Petals Diet was developed by Anna Johansson, known nutritionist from Sweden. If you strictly follow all instructions of the doctor, you can lose 3 to 5 kg in six days.
Following the diet is according a simple image – a flower with six petals, which also is a tangible proof of your success. Each petal – one day diet.

This diet is a game. Let the magic flower fulfill the cherished desire to become slim and trim. Make a flower from paper and write menu for the day on each petal.

At the end of each day of diet break away from the particular petal from flower. Petals should be detached clockwise without changing the sequence. Be sure to number the petals and sign in order not to get confused. The order of days is crucial for the result of 6 Petals Diet.

How does the 6 Petals Diet work?

Each petal is one day of mono-diet. Mono-diet is, in essence, observance of a separate food. Eating foods prescribed in any particular petal, dieters do not mix it with other incompatible elements.
Monodiets provide high-speed weight loss due to the monotonous food throughout the day. European Research Center for weight loss showed that the mono-diet, which lasts no more than 25 hours, has the most aggressive imapact on fat. This happens with the assistance of one of the organs of the digestive system – the liver, which accumulates various nutrients and makes some of kind of stock.

Another feature of the 6 Petals Diet is protein-carbohydrate alternation. Dr. Anna Johansson says that exactly half of the successful weight loss using her diet is due to the alternation.

6 Petals Diet menu for every day 

The first petal – fish day. All day you can eat boiled fish, but no more than 500 g per day. Distribute portions to feel comfortable.

The second petal – vegetable day. Recommended vegetables are with a low glycemic index: green vegetables, cabbage and cauliflower, zucchini, tomato, pumpkin. During the whole day you can eat 1500 g of various vegetables, or a loved one.

The third petal – boiled chicken. Throughout the day you can eat 500 g fillet. Also, as with the fish, distributing the entire amount for the whole day.

The fourth petal – cereals. You can eat  any cereal for the whole day but not more than 200 g. You can select one or alternate cereals, but do not extend beyond the total amount of grams. Preference is given to wild rice, buckwheat and millet.

Fifth petal – a cheese day. You’re supposed to eat 500g of cottage cheese all day. It is better to choose medium-fat cottage cheese.

Sixth petal – a fruit day. The amount that can be eaten – 1500g. Choose not very sweet fruits that do not contain starch.
