Breakfast Traditions in Different Countries

Breakfast is a necessary thing in the morning because it triggers the brain, fills it with energy and maintains effective working capacity. However, in many countries breakfast traditions may differ materially and we try to familiarise you with some of them.

In southern Mexico, the first food intake is taken seriously and people use a dish, cooking of which takes several hours. This unusual meal is juicy pudding made from corn soaked in spices. The mixture is poured onto the laid baking banana leaves, and pieces of chicken, turkey or pork put on the top. Then they bound banana leaves together and put in the oven to complete cooking.

Residents of China are used to eat for breakfast a dish of rice pasta, eggs, meat and vegetables that are steamed. People serve it all with soy sauce, adding oil and garlic.
