You can use black or green tea, or even better - chamomile. Put a tea bag in boiling water for 30 seconds, then pull out, squeeze a little and put in a freezer for 10 minutes. After this time, you can do a compress: apply chilled packets to the area of edema under the eyes and leave for 5-10 minutes.Compresses for the eyes can be made from vegetables (fresh, boiled and frozen). For example, raw potatoes are rubbed on a grater or cut into thin plates. The resulting gruel is first put on two small gauze napkins that are applied to the area under the eyes. Plates of raw potatoes can be placed directly on the skin of the eyelids and under the eyes, and covered with gauze napkins on top. Such compresses should be kept for 5-15 minutes. They are used every day, in the morning or in the evening.Rapid compress with chilled cucumber is very easy to make. Take the cucumber, which was lying in the fridge, cut it into slices. These slices should be applied on the area under the eyes and left for 5-10 minutes.
