Dr. Clover believes that regular consumption of dark chocolate in moderate amounts will significantly improve health, provide a good mood and does not hurt the figure at all.
1. Healthy skin Black chocolate is rich in antioxidants, which contribute to the cleansing of the body, which preserves the health and beauty of the skin. Moreover, a study by European dermatologists has shown that eating chocolate for 12 weeks, reduce the moisture loss in the skin by 25%.
