Study: Acne Sufferers May Age Better and Live Longer

A new research suggests that acne sufferers are likely to live longer, as their cells have a built-in protection against aging which is likely for them to look better in later years.acne sufferers

Earlier, health experts have already noted that wrinkles and thinning skin often appear much later in people suffering from acne. Now, the scientists believe they have discovered why it is so.

The study of white blood cells taken from people affected by acne showed that they had longer protective caps, or telomeres, on the ends of their chromosomes. People with significantly longer telomeres may look better with age and live longer.
