Experts Advise Drinking Cherry Juice after Exercise

The study showed that cherry juice significantly alleviated the pain in the muscles and reduced the level of inflammation. So, cherry juice helped to restore athletes after training. According to experts, the secret is in the anthocyanins - plant pigments contained in the juice.

By the way, earlier researchers from the University of Montana found: fast food helps to recover after training. It is just as effective as dietary supplements. The use of fast food between training does not affect the performance and practically does not change the composition of the blood.
