Furthermore, doctors reminded that Melatonin, the hormone responsible for sleep process is the best performed when the room is completely dark. Thus, charging gadgets in the bedroom contributes to disorders of dreams and a night’s rest.
At the same time, doctors recommend to take away all mobile phones and tablets from a bedroom because they can slow down the process of metabolism and cause obesity.
